Calgary-based Postpartum Doula offering authentic connection, evidence based information and customized services to best support your unique postpartum journey.
Options for customized services include but are not limited to:
1 Complimentary Meet and Greet to ensure we are the best fit for each other
1 Pre-Natal visit in your home to discuss your needs, concerns, goals, wishes and questions (if pre-natal is applicable)
Additional Pre-Natal visits, if required
Unlimited txt or email support available during the length of our time together (excluding evening sleeping hours)
Mothering the mother; providing you time and space to sleep, shower, be alone, go for a walk, drink hot coffee - this can be whatever YOU need!
Preparing nutritious meals and snacks based on your dietary requests and needs
Grocery shopping
Light housekeeping
Childminding and sibling care
Attending appointments with you and your baby
Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support, resources and referrals as needed
Support with sleep for mom and baby
Referrals to amazing, local postpartum resources
Newborn care and education
Emotional, nonjudgmental support and companionship during 4th trimester
Assist with family adjustment
Support shopping for or finding gently used items you may require or wish for postpartum (strollers, swings, baby carriers etc…)
Support in hospital immediately after birth
Return to movement 1:1 instruction (see below for more info)
Access to all services and practitioner's at MOSS PostPartum House
